Express Entry draw 23 November- IRCC invites 4,750 candidates

The IRCC conducted latest draw of federal Express Entry System on 23 November 2022. In this all-program draw Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 4,750 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa third time in a row with a marginal drop in CUT OFF yet again. The IRCC continues to drop the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score in the interest of applicants. It was 491 CRS points in the latest draw of the federal Express Entry System. In this draw, the IRCC has invited 4,750 candidates to apply for Canadian PR visa.

Now after 23 November EE draw, IRCC has issued total 46, 538 invitations this year in overall 24 Express Entry draws opened this year. The IRCC continues to follow the trend of constantly dropping CUT OFF with a high number of ITAs (Invitations to Apply) in every all-program draw.

16 New Occupations under new NOC 2021

Canada has applied new NOC 2021 system on 16 November 2022 replacing the old NOC 2016 system. As a result, 16 new occupations were eligible to get ITA in this invitation round. The newly added occupations are as follows:

1. Payroll administrators
2. Dental assistants and dental laboratory assistants
3. Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
4. Pharmacy technical assistants and pharmacy assistants
5. Elementary and secondary school teacher assistants
6. Sheriffs and bailiffs 
7. Correctional service officers 
8. By-law enforcement and other regulatory officers 
9. Estheticians, electrologists and related occupations 

10. Residential and commercial installers and servicers 
11. Pest controllers and fumigators 
12. Other repairers and servicers 
13. Transport truck drivers 
14. Bus drivers, subway operators and other transit operators
15. Heavy equipment operators
16. Aircraft assemblers and aircraft assembly inspectors.
