If you wish to apply for Canadian Visa as a skilled migrant, you may check your occupation in the Skilled Occupation List Canada 2022, effective from January 2015. The list contains Skill Type 0 (Management Occupations). Apply for a PR visa in Canada as a skilled migrant. Your occupation must be Skill Type 0, A or B as per the National Occupational Classification (NOC) of Canada.
Note: In a recent announcement, the Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has confirmed that it will make amendment in the NOC (National Occupational Classification) system of Canada. The amendment likely to take place in November 2022. This change in NOC will replace existing Skill type 0, A, B and redefine it as new TEER system 0 to 5.
If you are applying for the management position, you may check your occupation in the list below. The list below is subject to modification; hence, you may coordinate with Visas Avenue Immigration expert to get the latest status of the occupations, before applying for the visa based on this list. You may also e-mail your queries to info@visasavenue.com.
