New Express Entry Draw- Invitations Issued to Canadian Experience Class (CEC)

This marks the fifth CEC-specific Express Entry draw conducted by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) this year. The targeted nature of this draw is reflected in the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, which was 529 for this latest invitation round.

The latest Express Entry draw, specifically for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates, has resulted in 3,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) Visas. Applicants with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 529 or above, who also met all other relevant Express Entry system criteria, received an ITA in this round.

Express Entry: 21 Draws and Counting!

As of June 12th, IRCC has now conducted 21 Express Entry draws this year, inviting a total of 38,342 candidates to apply for a Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) visa. This marks the third Express Entry draw to take place this month alone!

Express Entry Invitations: A Look at This Year's Trends

This year, the Express Entry system has primarily focused on inviting candidates from the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), followed closely by invitations for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

Beyond these, invitations have also been extended to individuals with strong French-language proficiency and candidates in other Express Entry priority categories, including Healthcare and Social Services and Education.
