Canada PNP Draws (1-15 March)- Total 8,964 Immigration Invitations issued

The Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) of Canada invited nearly 9,000 candidates to apply for provincial nomination for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa in the first half of March 2024. The key provinces, i.e. Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and British Columbia, etc. conducted draws for their respective PNPs. Let’s take a look at the key PNP draw results in last fortnight.

Ontario PNP Draws on 1, 7 and 12 March

Ontario opened three draws for Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) in first half of March. Here are the details:

  • 1 March: In the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) draw for Skilled Trades Stream, Ontario issued 2,583 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination.
  • 7 March: In this latest draw of OINP- Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream, Ontario issued 2,104 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination.
  • 12 March: In the key draws held for different OINP- Employer job offer streams, Ontario invited total 2,650 candidates to apply for provincial nomination.

 British Columbia PNP Draws (5 and 12 March)

British Columbia conducted two draws of British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). Find below the details:

  • 5 March – British Columbia opened a draw for British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) to issue total 160 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for provincial nomination.
  • 12 March – In this particular draw of British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP), BC invited nearly 192 candidates to apply for provincial nomination.

Manitoba PNP Draw for Skilled Worker Overseas Stream

5 March- Manitoba held the draw for Skilled Workers Overseas stream of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) to issue 104 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination for Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) Visa. 

Saskatchewan PNP Draw – 7 March

7 March- The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) held the draw for its ISW (International Skilled Worker)- category inviting total 35 candidates to apply for provincial nomination under the popular subcategories, i.e.

  • OID (Occupation in Demand) sub-category
  • Express Entry subcategory

Quebec Arrima Draw On 7 March

7 March - A key Canadian province Quebec conducted the Arrima Immigration draw to invite 1,136 candidates for permanent selection who had the point score of 603 points.
