Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has once again prioritized Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates in its most recent Express Entry draw, extending 202 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residency. This marks the 356th draw in the Express Entry system's history and notably, the second PNP-specific draw this month, and the third overall Express Entry draw in July.
The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score for this draw saw an increase, settling at 788. This reiterates Canada's ongoing strategy to welcome skilled individuals who have already received a provincial nomination, which grants an additional 600 points to their CRS score, significantly boosting their chances for an ITA. This recent draw is the 13th PNP-specific draw conducted by IRCC in 2025, underscoring the vital role provincial nominations play in Canada's immigration landscape.
