On December 5, 2023, the most recent targeted draws of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) occurred for immigration candidates. The OINP is the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) of Ontario- one of the major provinces of Canada.
During these draws, OINP issued a total of 2,699 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for provincial nomination to candidates who had registered under the following streams of the Employer Job Offer (EJO) category:
- EJO- Foreign Worker Stream: Targeted Occupations, i.e. Skilled trades , Health and Tech occupations, Economic Mobility Pathways Project (EMPP)
- EJO- In-Demand Skills stream: General occupations

- In the targeted draw for Skilled trades occupations, Ontario invited 761 candidates, who had the score range of 34 and above
- Second draw for Health and tech occupations issued the most, i.e. 1,663 invitations to the candidates with Score range of 43 and above.
- In the third targeted draw for Economic Mobility Pathways Project candidates, OINP invited just 13 candidates to apply for provincial nomination
