IRCC holds First Express Entry draw of November- Invites 714 PNP candidates

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced the results of the latest Express Entry draw, which saw a significant issuance of Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

The draw, which took place today, November 10, resulted in 714 ITAs being issued to PNP candidates. This marks the largest PNP-specific draw conducted through the Express Entry system since the draw on April 14, 2025, when 825 ITAs were issued.

The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required for candidates considered in this round was 738. IRCC applied a tie-breaking rule, selecting only those candidates who had submitted their Express Entry profiles before 2:12 a.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on February 22, 2025.

This is the first Express Entry draw following the announcement of IRCC’s new Immigration Levels Plan. The department continues its strategic focus on targeted draws. This draw follows a sequence of recent category-specific invitations, including a French language proficiency draw on October 29, a Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw on October 28, and a preceding PNP draw on October 27.

To date in 2025, IRCC has issued a cumulative total of 82,199 ITAs across all Express Entry categories. The overall draw distribution for the current year underscores a consistent prioritization of the PNP stream, as detailed below:
