CRS Cut-off Drops to 399 in New Express Entry Draw for French-Speakers

In a significant update for Canadian immigration hopefuls, the latest Express Entry draw has seen the CRS cut-off score dip below the 400-mark. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) recently handed out 6,000 invitations to apply (ITAs) specifically targeting individuals with strong French-language skills.

To qualify for this round, applicants needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 399. Additionally, a tie-breaking rule was applied to those who submitted their profiles before 11:43 p.m. UTC on August 24, 2025.
