Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has continued its focus on Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates, issuing a fresh round of invitations through the Express Entry system for the second consecutive week. In the latest draw, IRCC issued 399 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates nominated under a provincial program. To be eligible in this round, candidates were required to:
- Have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 731, and
- Have submitted their Express Entry profile before 7:18 a.m. (UTC) on October 18, 2025.

Express Entry in 2025 so far
With this latest round, IRCC has now issued a total of 106,998 ITAs through Express Entry in 2025. Throughout the year, Express Entry invitations have largely been directed toward PNP candidates, with remaining draws targeting:
- Canadian Experience Class (CEC) applicants,
- Candidates with French-language proficiency, and
- Applicants in priority occupation categories identified by IRCC.

- A healthcare and social services occupation draw on December 11,

- The largest PNP-specific draw of 2025 on December 8.
