The government of Australia has increased the Australian Citizenship Application fee with effect from July 1, 2021.It is being revised to more precisely reflect the cost of application processing. However, there are no changes to fee exemptions.
The Department of Home Affairs, Australia will charge the new fee based on the fact, when did it receive the application for the same. It is applicable to all applications received on or after 1st July this year.
