Alberta Reveals draw results of two AAIP draws held on 12 & 14 Sep 2023- issued total 442 NOIs

Alberta, Canada conducted two immigration draws of Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP)- Express Entry stream on 12 and 14 September 2023 respectively. The province issued total 442 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination in both the draws with the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score range of invited applicants being 300-500.

New AAIP- Express Entry stream draws

Alberta held this latest draws of AAIP on 12 and 14 September 2023. The criteria for this draw was:

• 14 Sep – The AAIP opened draw for Family connection and primary occupation in demand, CRS score 300-500. Total 142 NOIs issued with a CRS score requirement of 301 points. 
• 12 Sep – Priority sector - Tourism and hospitality occupation with Alberta job offer, CRS score 300-500. Total 300 NOIs issued with a CRS score requirement of 383 points.

Alberta PNP- Express Entry stream

The key advantage of the Express Entry stream of the Alberta Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in Canada is that it provides a faster pathway to permanent residency for skilled workers who even have relatively low CRS score (i.e. as low as just 300 points) in the federal Express Entry system.
