• You must score minimum 60 points out of 100 on the SINP point assessment grid
• You must have completed post-secondary education, apprenticeship or training
• You must have a diploma, certificate or degree (in case of education obtained outside of Canada, submit an educational credential assessment report)
• You must have minimum 1 year of full-time work experience in a high skilled occupation (NOC "0", "A" or "B"), which is not on the Excluded Occupation List
• You must have a proof of settlement funds as well as a settlement plan
