The ITAs were issued to people working in Healthcare, Construction, Manufacturing, Food Processing, Agriculture, and Early Childhood Education sectors.  After this second PEI PNP draw this year, PEI has issued total 214 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for provincial nomination this year.

In 2023, the PEI PNP extended invitations to Total 2,422 candidates through a series of 22 immigration draws held throughout the year.

PEI Expression of Interest (EOI) system

The PEI Expression of Interest (EOI) system gathers key information about individuals to assess and choose those with the highest likelihood of fulfilling Prince Edward Island's economic and labour market requirements. This selection is based on one or more of the below attributes:
