Manitoba PNP - Expression of Interest (EOI) System

The Expression of Interest (EOI) ranking system is applicable to the Skilled Worker Stream and International Education Stream pathways. The Business Investor Stream, on the other hand, follows a distinct and separate process for EOI submission.

Initiating the process with an EOI marks the initial step toward immigrating to Manitoba through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). It's essential to note that an EOI is not an application; rather, it serves as an online profile. Individuals interested in applying to the MPNP are required to submit an EOI.

As part of this process, candidates answer a series of questions online, earning EOI ranking points based on their responses. Subsequently, their profiles are entered into a pool comprising all eligible candidates. Periodically, the MPNP invites candidates with the highest scores from the pool to submit a comprehensive application to the MPNP.
