British Columbia has issued 198 ITAs in two BC PNP draws held on 8 February 2022

Following the recent trend, the British Columbia once again conducted two draws of British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) on February 8, 2022. In the two draws, BC invited total 198 candidates to apply for provincial nomination under Skills Immigration and Express Entry BC category. Find out more details.

Two BC PNP draws on 8 February 

In first BC PNP regular draw, the British Columbia invited 188 candidates under the following categories: 

• Skills Immigration — Skilled Worker
• Skills Immigration — International Graduate
• Skills Immigration — Entry Level and Semi-Skilled
• Express Entry BC — Skilled Worker
• Express Entry BC — International Graduate

Regular BC PNP Draw on 8 February 2022

Now, in the 2nd BC PNP draw held for NOC 0621 and 0631 occupations separately, the BC invited just 10 candidates this time around with a minimum score requirement of 120 points for all the invited categories.

The Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) invited a significant number of candidates last year and nominated them for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa. This year as well, the PNPs are going to be crucial immigration pathway, in view of delayed Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) category draws.
