BC PNP draw on 7 Feb- British Columbia invites 245 Immigration Candidates

In the latest general and targeted draw of British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) occurred on February 7, 2023. In these draws, Canadian province British Columbia has invited total 245 immigration candidates to apply for the provincial nomination for Canadian PR (Permanent Resident) Visa. Find out more.

Find below the highlights of the latest BC PNP draw:

• In the first general draw (targeted tech occupations) held on 7th; BC has issued 207 ITAs to Skilled Worker and International Graduate candidates (including EEBC option) with score of 102 points and experience in tech occupations.
• The province also opened the targeted draws to invite candidates with experience in main occupations, i.e. Childcare: Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202) and Healthcare.

Entrepreneur Immigration invitations

The British Columbia also held the draw for its Entrepreneur category on January 24, 2023 to invite nearly 10 candidates under Regional Pilot and Base streams.

Like British Columbia, there are several provinces of Canada conducting the draws of their Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) to invite candidates to apply for provincial nomination for Canadian PR visa. Some of the PNPs even do not ask for the job offer, such as, OINP, SINP, AAIP, etc.

Hence, PNPs are best alternate pathway to apply for PR visa in Canada in case you do not have high enough points in the federal Express Entry System.
