Quebec conduct periodic invitation rounds to invite the suitable candidates for permanent selection, i.e. the candidates who meet the Quebec immigration criteria.

• These ITAs were addressed to the persons meeting the below criteria:

 

• They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French     according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de    compétence en français ou son équivalent (Québec scale of   French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its         equivalent;
• they had a score equal to or higher than 608 points. 

OR

• They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French     according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de    compétence en français ou son équivalent (Québec scale of   French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its         equivalent;

 

• they had a valid employment offer outside the territory of the         Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.

Quebec Arrima Selection

The Quebec Arrima draw is a selection process used by the province of Quebec, Canada to invite suitable applicants to apply for permanent residency through the Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP). In each draw, candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are assigned a score based on factors, i.e. education, work experience, language proficiency, and age.
