Are you looking to get Canada this year, but concerned about your low CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) score?
The provincial Nomination obtained from a Canadian province can solve your problem by adding 600 additional points to your current Express entry CRS point score. The provincial nomination received from PNP also enable you to apply direct permanent residency (PR) to IRCC (Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada) depending on the PNP stream or subcategory you have applied in.
However, do you know the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), which suits our profile as well as point score the best? If your answer is no, then let’s find out the Provincial Nominee Programs or PNPs that require low CRS score or point score from the applicants.
Before we take a look at the point’s demand by different provincial programs, i.e. the programs that best match your profile, the first thing you need to know that every Provincial Nominee Program has different point system than other.
Hence, the point’s requirement of most of the Canadian PNPs not necessarily be in terms of a CRS score. Most of the PNPs don’t follow the CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System), rather they have got their own points system to evaluate the applicants. However, Express Entry aligned stream of every PNP often invite the candidates checking their Express entry pool status and points, etc. For instance, CRS score requirement for NSNP or AINP- express entry streamsoften depends on the Express Entry pool status of an applicant.

So, let’s find out the points requirement by different Provincial nominee programs of Canada to issue the invitations to the candidates for provincial nomination, etc.
Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) earlier required the applicants to have minimum 400 CRS points to apply. However, few months back, the province has removed any prior minimum CRS score requirement and decided that the minimum CRS score requirement for OINP for each draw will be announced by the program director only when the draw is out.
Since then the OINP invites candidates below 400 CRS pointsas well under certain conditions, i.e. experience in targeted IT occupation, or French language proficiency, etc.
Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is the provincial program ofSaskatchewan province in Canada. This PNP has last year introduced EOI (Expression of Interest) based system of accepting applications for Occupation in Demand and Express Entry streams of SINP (like federal express entry system). Moreover, the SINP has its own point assessment grid in place, based on which it select the EOI profile submitted by the applicants.

Highly recommend them. This is not my first experience with them, but in fact have got my brother s, bhabhi s and two friend s applications already processed through them. The fees is quite reasonable and transparent and even for a straightforward case, I would recommend going with VA. Special shout out to Vaibhav and Samiksha for standing with me throughout the process. Thanks a ton, guys!""The best thing about Visa Avenues is that when they take up your application, they really get invested in the process. I started off with a 189/190 application but when the application conditions changed, VA advised me to go for 489. This is significant as they normally dont lodge 489 applications, but did it on my behalf as I was already a client. This willingness to go beyond what is strictly required is what I appreciate the most. Further, they are very diligent in going through the requirements and in dotting every i and ticking every t.
"Visa Avenues is a superb professional services available for immigration related consulting. They are super prompt, reliable, thorough and provide alternatives if required. My experience is based on working with Samiksha Lal, Vaibhav Saini and Shivangi Arora."
