Victorian skilled visa nomination - The Submission window is open now for Submitting ROI

abc The 2020-21 Victorian skilled visa nomination program (full) has started accepting the ROI (Registration of Interest) with effect from 5 January 2021 for subclass 190 and 491 visa.

If you want to be selected for Victorian visa nomination, you need to register your interest to live in Melbourne. The full 2020-21 visa nomination program counters the challenges posed by the global pandemic, with an emphasis on Victoria's health response or economic recovery, like the interim program.

January Submission Window is open until 11th January 2021

The January submission window is open from January 5 to January 11, 2021, to submit the Registration of Interest (ROI). The details you provide in your ROI will determine, whether you will be chosen to apply for Victorian visa nomination.

The state will issue the ITA (Invitation to Apply) for Victorian skilled visa nomination on each selection day. In case you did not get the ITA immediately after your submission window, your Registration of Interest can still be considered on forthcoming selection days.

Basic Eligibility criteria for Victoria state nomination

To be eligible to apply for Victorian visa nomination, you need to:

  • Fulfil the DHA external basic requirements
  • Fulfil minimum eligibility requirements of Victorian Government for visa nomination or sponsorship for a business visa or skilled visa

  • For skilled visas, be selected by the state of Victoria after submitting or updating an Expression of Interest (EOI) via SkillSelect and submitting an ROI for Victorian State Visa Nomination
