Most of the H1-B visa holders in USA are Indian IT Professionals, who are working under various US organizations in the United States of America. Trump Administration has clarified its stand on the issue saying that it has never considered any such change in H1-B visa policy and the allegations that it has reversed the decision under some pressure are entirely untrue and deceitful. The government also rejected the allegation that it is planning to take strict steps to deport Indian workers and professionals working in USA on H1B visa.

Government clarified its stand on H1B Visa

As per the official statement from the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), "The USCIS is not considering a regulatory change that would force H-1B visa holders to leave the United States by changing interpretation of section certain language in Section 104 C of the American Competitiveness in the 21st Century Act (AC21) statute that states that USCIS may grant the extensions."

The Government further said that even if such statements were true, there are provisions through which employers can request the extension for H1B Visa Holders. The whole H1-B chaos upraised after one of the US based News agencies published a report that the government is considering a proposal that may prevent the extension of H1B Visa.

Nevertheless, the latest announcements from the government has now put breaks on all the rumours and speculations regarding H1B Visa. The recent news might have settled the chaos, however, one cant ignore the stricter US immigration policy in last few months.
