New EOI based System eased the SINP application process
The introduction of SINP Expression of Interest based system in July this year has eased the application process for the applicants. Earlier, the applicants used to apply in SINP through periodic and sudden application intakes based on First come, First Served pattern, which was quite unfair to most deserving applicants.
The earlier system used to give preference to the applicants who applied first, instead of prioritizing the skills, experience and profile of the applicant. On the other hand, the new EOI system provide ample time to the applicants to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI). After receiving the applications, SINP assess them based on their scored points and utility of the profiles for the Saskatchewan labour market and economy and accordingly invites the top ranking candidates via periodic SINP draws.
The invited candidate through Saskatchewan PNP draws, require submitting complete application for Saskatchewan nomination. The selected candidates gets the nomination from the province of Saskatchewan. The nomination from Saskatchewan enables the selected candidates to apply direct Canadian PR to IRCC (Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada).
