Saskatchewan PNP draw for Entrepreneur category held on 2 Nov 2023

Saskatchewan held the latest draw of Entrepreneur category of Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) on November 2, 2023. In this particular draw, the SINP issued 13 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for provincial nomination to the candidates who who wish to obtain or partner in a business in Saskatchewan province of Canada. Saskatchewan PNP- EOI system

The Expression of Interest (EOI) is not a official application; rather, it serves as a way to express your interest in the SINP. You can express your aspiration to both operate a business and reside in Saskatchewan by furnishing details about your background, assets, and a Business Establishment Plan (BEP).

  1. Applicants who fulfil the eligibility criteria will be accepted into the EOI candidate pool.
  2. Once submitted, EOIs are scored and ranked using the Points Grid.

SINP- Entrepreneur Category

The Entrepreneur Category is designed for individuals from abroad who intend to setup or collaborate in a business in Saskatchewan and take an active role in its management while living in the province. The nomination process comprises four key steps:

  1. Submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI) to the SINP.
  2. EOI Selection and Receipt of an Application Invitation:

EOIs are chosen based on the points assigned, with the highest-scoring candidates being selected during each draw. The number chosen depends on program requirements, such as application inventory. Once candidates receive an invitation to apply, their applications are processed in the order they are received.

  1. Business Establishment
  2. Nomination

Through the SINP Entrepreneur Program, you and your family can commence, acquire, or collaborate on a business in Saskatchewan, actively participating in its management while residing in the province.
