The most recent Arrima Immigration Draw in Quebec took place on April 25, 2024, inviting 1,415 candidates to apply for permanent selection. Remarkably, this marks the second Arrima draw held this month. Quebec conducts regular invitation rounds to select candidates eligible for permanent residency, based on Quebec immigration criteria.

Key Arrima Draw details

These ITAs (Invitations to Apply) were addressed to the applicants meeting the following criteria:

  • They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
  • they had a score equal to or greater than 598 points.

These ITAs were also addressed to candidates meeting the following criterion:

  • They had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
  • they had a valid job offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.

The previous Arrima selection round occurred this month only on 11th April 2024.
