Quebec has issued 1,000 invitations in the new Arrima immigration Draw

On 24 August 2023, Quebec province of Canada held Arrima Immigration Draw and issued total 1,000 invitation to apply for provincial nomination for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) Visa. This was the second Arrima draw of this month and 12th draw this year overall.

Quebec, Canada has issued 1,000 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) in the 24 August Arrima Draw to the selected applicants with the score of 584 or higher. Find the draw result in the table below:

24 August Arrima Draw selection Criteria

The invitation round invitations were sent to the candidates meeting the following criterion:

  • They had a level CLB 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French as per the Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants or its equivalent
  • Their occupation appears in the following list of the National Occupational Classification (NOC): 

 

  • 0213 Computer and information systems managers
  • 2131 Civil engineers
  • 2132 Mechanical engineers
  • 2133 Industrial engineering and manufacturing technologists and technicians
  • 2141 Industrial and manufacturing engineers
  • 2147 Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)
  • 2171 Information systems analysts and consultants
  • 2172 Database analysts and data administrators
  • 2173 Software engineers and designers
  • 2174 Computer programmers and interactive media developers
  • 2175 Web designers and developers
  • 2231 Civil engineering technologists and technicians
  • 2232 Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians
  • 2233 Industrial engineering and manufacturing technologists and technicians
  • 2241 Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians
  • 2281 Computer network technicians
  • 2282 User support technicians
  • 3012 Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
  • 3233 Licensed practical nurses
  • 3413 Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
  • 4031 Secondary school teachers
  • 4032 Elementary school and kindergarten teachers
  • 4214 Early childhood educators and assistants
  • 5223 Graphic arts technicians
  • 5225 Audio and video recording technicians
  • 5241 Graphic designers and illustrators 
  • they had a score equal to or greater than 584 points.

These ITAs were also addressed to individuals meeting below criterion:

  • they had a valid employment offer outside the territory of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.
