Ontario to start publishing names of Individuals facing Administrative monetary penalty

Canadian province Ontario has announced that it will start publishing the names of people who have faced the Administrative monetary penalty or banning order imposed against them for violating the Ontario Immigration Act, 2015 with effect from May 3, 2022.
