Ontario Reveals the details of Most Recent OINP draws for French-Speaking Skilled Worker & ST Stream

Ontario has revealed the details of most recent draws of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program held in the Month of June and May 2022. The province was not releasing draw details due to ongoing provincial elections. However, now the OINP has released the details of draws occurred during the month of May and June 2022.

In the month of June Ontario held two draws for Express Entry- French-Speaking Skilled worker Stream to invite total 509 candidates to apply for provincial nomination. Moreover, the OINP also held a draw for Skilled Trades stream on May 26, 2022.

Ontario Draw for French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream

In the first draw of OINP-Express Entry French- Speaking stream held on 9th June, Ontario issue 153 NOIs (Notifications of Interest) to apply for provincial nomination with a CRS score range of 481 and higher. Second draw of OINP occurred on 21 June 2022, wherein OINP issued 356 NOIs with a CRS score range of 440 and higher.

In 21st June draw, the OINP targeted candidates with a CRS score of 440 and above and work experience in the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:

  • NOC 2173 – Software Engineers
  • NOC 0213 – Computer and Information Systems Managers
  • NOC 2172 – Database Analysts and Data Administrators
  • NOC 4031 – Secondary school teachers
  • NOC 2147 – Computer Engineers (Except Software Engineers)
  • NOC 2174 – Computer Programmers and Interactive Media Developers
  • NOC 2175 – Web Designers and Developers
  • NOC 4032 – Elementary school and kindergarten teachers
  • NOC 3211 – Medical laboratory technologists
  • NOC 3012 – Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
  • NOC 3233 – Licensed Practical Nurses

On June 9, 2022, the OINP issued targeted notifications of interest to with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 481 and above and work experience in the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes:

  • NOC 4031 – Secondary school teachers
  • NOC 5125 – Translators, Terminologists and Interpreters
  • NOC 4032 – Elementary school and kindergarten teachers
  • NOC 3211 – Medical laboratory technologists
  • NOC 3012 – Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses

You can apply to the French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream if you, received a NOI on June 9, 2022 or June 21, 2022 and you can show that your work experience was in one of the eligible NOC codes listed above

Ontario- Skilled Trades Stream draw

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) also issued targeted notifications of interest to candidates on 26 May 2022, who may be eligible for Ontario’s Express Entry Skilled Trades stream with a CRS score between 295 and 461.
