Ontario issues 986 NOIs in the latest OINP draw for Skilled Trades Stream

Ontario PNP draw for Express Entry- Skilled Trades stream

 

In this latest invitation round of the OINP- Skilled Trades stream, Ontario has invited 986 candidates to apply for provincial nomination. An applicant may apply to the Skilled Trades stream, if he/she has received a NOI on June 1, 2021. The required CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System) Score of the invited candidates was ranging from300-379CRS points.

The Ontario PNP shall contact all invited applicants. The candidates, who have received the NOI, now have 45 calendar days to apply for the provincial nomination. If invited candidates apply for and get the provincial nomination from Ontario, additional 600 CRS points will be credited to their Express Entry account.

 

This huge addition of points will raise their CRS score from 300s to 900s. Needless to mention that this enhanced CRS score is enough to get the ITA (Invitation to Apply) for Canadian PR visa from Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) in the subsequent Express Entry draw.

Now, after this latest draw, Ontario has issued 1,324 notifications of interest this year under the Skilled Trades stream. Overall, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has invited total 4,449 candidates this year under it's below three popular streams.

• French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream-374
• Skilled Trades stream - 1,324
