Ontario Express Entry-HCP Stream Draw on 30 Nov 2023- OINP issued 1,052 NOIs

On November 30, 2023, the key Canadian PNP, i.e. Ontario Provincial Nominee Program (OINP) opened its immigration draw for the Express Entry -Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream. This draw aimed to issue 1,052 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination to candidates having experience in Health occupations, thereby facilitating their pathway to permanent residence in Canada.

The Express Entry HCP stream is designed to target candidates with strong human capital factors, i.e. education, work experience, language proficiency, and adaptability. By focusing on these key attributes, Ontario aims to draw skilled and talented individuals who can contribute to the province's economic growth and development.

In this latest targeted draw of OINP, Ontario invited total 1,052 candidates. The applicants only received a NOIs if they had a comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score of 404-430 and work experience in the targeted health occupations.
