Nova Scotia invites Register Nurses in the latest draw of NSNP opened on February 8, 2022

Nova Scotia, Canada held the latest draw of NSNP- Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities on February 8, 2022. In this latest NSNP draw, province of Nova Scotia invited the candidates with primary occupation of registered nurse or registered psychiatric nurse (NOC 3012).

The Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities stream selects applicants in the federal Express Entry system who fulfil provincial labour market requirements to apply for nomination. Only applicants who get a LOI (Letter of Interest) from the Nova Scotia Office of Immigration can apply.

Criteria of selection in latest NSNP draw for Registered Nurses

To be selected, a candidate must,

  • Have a primary occupation of registered nurse or registered psychiatric nurse (NOC 3012)
  • Submit letters of reference from employers, as mentioned in the application guide, to show that they have 3 years of experience as a registered nurse or registered psychiatric nurse.
  • Have a CLB score of 9 or higher in English or French in all language abilities as demonstrated by providing results from a language test approved by Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree OR have completed a program of 3 or more years at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute.
  • Apply before 11:59 p.m. March 10, 2022.

If you have received a LOI (Letter of Interest) from OINP, complete the online application form and include all required information and attachments.
