Newfoundland and Labrador has released Most Recent Draw results of NLPNP

Canadian province Newfoundland and Labrador has released the most recent draw results of its PNP, i.e. NLPNP (Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program). The NLPNP held the three draws this year in the month of June, September and October 2021 respectively to invite total 663 candidates to apply for provincial nomination for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) visa. Newfoundland and Labrador PNP draws

The NLPNP conducted its first draw in the month of June 2021, wherein it issued 381 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for provincial nomination. Second draw of this year occurred in September month to invite 22 candidates. In the third draw, Newfoundland and Labrador invited 260 candidates having experience in some key occupations.

Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP)

The NLPNP is an economic immigration program designed to help the foreign skilled workers and their families to come, live, and work in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

Priority Skills NL Overview

The Priority Skills NL process is for the candidates, who have work experience in demand occupations in Newfoundland and Labrador, moreover, have a high level of qualification and language skills, and who are willing to express their interest in either living in, or coming to the province and becoming a Canadian Permanent Resident (PR).

The Priority Skills Newfoundland and Labrador is a program for highly qualified, highly skilled newcomers with specialized experience in areas where demand has outpaced local training and recruitment, such as technology and ocean sciences occupations.

It was designed to help combat local labour shortages in the province. This program is also open to post-graduates, who finished a Masters or Doctorate degree at Memorial University within the last 3 years.

PNP- the key pathway for Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) Visa

The candidates who are not getting the ITA (Invitation to Apply) for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR) through federal Express Entry System, has an alternate pathway to obtain the PR Visa, i.e. Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
