Western Australia has Expanded Graduate occupation list for 2022-23

Australian state, Western Australia (WA) has expanded the Graduate occupation list (GOL) for the program year 2022-23. Hence, now the candidates will get the opportunity to access an extended, more extensive, Graduate Occupation List under the Graduate stream.

Now, more than 300 occupations becoming available. With the start of new program year, WA is also accepting the nomination application from the overseas applicants. Here are more details.

WA New Occupation List 2022

The new expanded Graduate occupation is available and outlined in the new 2022-23 WA State nomination – combined occupation list. The table of the valid occupations is available under the Western Australian skilled migration occupation list - schedule 1 and 2 and the GOL. The state of Western Australia is a perfect place to live, work and study with outstanding education system, good job opportunities and strong public health management.

Western Australian State nomination minimum requirements

To be considered for an ITA for the State nomination, an applicant must:

• be presently residing in Australia
• have an occupation listed as available and eligible for the intended visa subclass on the relevant Western Australian Skilled Migration Occupation List
• be able to claim and give proof of required work experience in the EOI
• Fulfil the minimum English language requirements
• have a contract of employment nine for full time employment ten for minimum 12 months in the nominated or closely related occupation in WA
• Provide proof showing adequate funds to cover settlement costs and living costs for minimum 3 months.
