Manitoba key streams
Highly skilled individuals: Manitoba PNP regularly carries out invitation rounds through its Expression of Interest (EOI) system to issue invitations to candidates within the EOI pool, prompting them to complete a comprehensive application for the MPNP. For more details regarding the EOI system and instructions on how to submit an EOI, please refer to this link.
Entrepreneurs and business investors: At now, no EOI draws are being conducted for the Business Investor Stream. All EOIs received go through a thorough review within a span of 4 weeks. Subsequently, the MPNP will either issue a Letter of Advice to Apply if the EOI aligns with the Program's criteria or provide a feedback letter if the EOI falls short of the essential standards.
