New Manitoba PNP Draw- Manitoba issues 277 Letters of Advice

Manitoba has issued 277 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination in the latest draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) opened on July 9,2021.

Last draw of the MPNP was for the Skilled Worker Overseas stream only, however, in this latest draw, Manitoba has issued Invitations to all its regular streams, i.e. Skilled Worker stream (in and outside Manitoba) and International Education stream. Latest Manitoba PNP draw

In this latest draw of Manitoba PNP, to Skilled Workers in Manitoba category, Manitoba has issued 201 Letters of advice with a minimum score requirement of 445 points. Moreover, it invited 53 candidates to apply for provincial nomination under Skilled Workers Overseas category with a minimum score requirement of 703 points.

The International Education Stream candidates received just 23 LAAs (Letters of Advice) to apply for provincial nomination this time around. These are the regular streams of MPNP to which the province sends the LAAs on a regular basis through periodic draws.

Immigration to Manitoba through Skilled Worker Overseas stream

The MPNP Skilled Workers Overseas stream nominates candidates, who show an established connection to Manitoba through:

  • the support of family members or friends;
  • through past qualification or work experience in the province; or
  • through an Invitation to Apply received directly from the MPNP as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
