MPNP Draw on 12 August- Manitoba invites 275 Candidates

Manitoba opened MPNP draw no.124 on August 12, 2021 to issue 275 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination this time around. It is the first draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) this month as the previous draw occurred on 29th July.

Following the draw trends, the Manitoba PNP has invited the candidates registered under Skilled Worker and International Education streams.

In the draw occurred on 12th of this month, Manitoba issued 238 LAAs to Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream with a minimum score requirement of 454 points. International education stream received 31 invitations this time around.

The popular Skilled Worker Overseas stream of MPNP received 6 invitations this time around with a minimum score requirement of 719 points.

1. The EOI from Skilled Worker Overseas applicant have only been considered if they:
   • were directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment initiative; or
   • have an IRCC Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code
2. Applicants invited with an IRCC Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code will only be eligible to get a nomination if the Express Entry profile is valid at the time of the application assessment.
3. The score higher than that of the lowest-ranked candidate does not guarantee a Letter of Advice to apply, due to validity of provided information, etc.
4. Applicants who showed that they are working in a regulated occupation and are fully licensed to work in Manitoba have been selected in this draw. However, the Manitoba PNP may not accept or may reject full applications from those applicants who are not really working in a regulated occupation and/or fail to provide evidence of having undergone all essential licensing steps to be employed in the province of Manitoba.

Skilled Worker Overseas stream of Manitoba PNP

The Skilled Worker Overseas stream of MPNP, select and nominate the applicants, who demonstrate an established connection to Manitoba through:

• the support of family members or friends;
• through past qualification or work experience in the province; or
• Through an Invitation to Apply received directly from the MPNP as part of a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
