Manitoba Special Immigration Measure Draw invites 155 candidates from Ukraine

Manitoba has opened the latest Special immigration Measure draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) on 28 February 2024 to invite 155 immigration candidates this time from Ukraine. In response to the circumstances in Ukraine and in alignment with the special immigration measures drawn by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program conduct regular Expression of Interest (EOI) draws.

These draws precisely target candidates who meet all the eligibility criteria of the MPNP and are impacted by the ongoing events in Ukraine.

Points to remember

Expressions of Interest have only been considered if you

• are a citizen of Ukraine;
• have a minimum of CLB 4 in each language band;
• have established connection to Manitoba (close relative, family-like, community, previous employment or studies in Manitoba);
• have a valid language test;
• score at least 60 points according to MPNP assessment criteria; and
• can satisfy all other requirements of the Skilled Worker Overseas Pathway, including sufficient settlement funds.
