Manitoba Special Immigration Measure Draw invites 117 candidates

Manitoba opened the Special Immigration Measure Draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) on December 4, 2023 to issue total 117 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination this time around. Find out more about this latest invitation round dedicated to the candidates from Ukraine.

Manitoba PNP draw on 4 December

Please find below the draw details:

  • Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 117
  • The EOI have only been considered if applicants:
  • are a citizen of Ukraine;
  • have a minimum of CLB 4 in each language band;
  • have established connection to Manitoba (close relative, family-like, community, previous employment or studies in Manitoba);
  • have a valid language test;
  • score at least 60 points according to MPNP assessment criteria; and
  • can meet all other criteria of the Skilled Worker Overseas pathway, including sufficient settlement funds.

In response to the state in Ukraine and in accordance with the special immigration measures defined by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, the Manitoba government is taking proactive steps. As part of these efforts, the Manitoba PNP will conduct regular draws for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from individuals who satisfy all MPNP eligibility criteria and have been impacted by the ongoing events in Ukraine.
