Manitoba opens draw for Ukrainians as a Special Immigration Measure

Manitoba opened latest draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) for the Ukrainian candidates on March 18, 2022 as a special Immigration Measure.

In this draw, the province of Manitoba, Canada has issued total 16 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination to those Ukrainian candidates who meet the MPNP eligibility criteria. Find out more details.

Manitoba opened latest draw of Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) for the Ukrainian candidates on March 18, 2022 as a special Immigration Measure. In this draw, the province of Manitoba, Canada has issued total 16 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination to those Ukrainian candidates who meet the MPNP eligibility criteria. Manitoba PNP Draw for Ukraine

The MPNP- Special Immigration Measure Ukraine draw held on March 18, 2022. As part of Manitoba’s response to the situation in Ukraine and in line with IRCC’s special immigration measures for the people affected in that region, the Manitoba PNP will open regular Expression of Interest (EOI) draws for the people, who fulfil all MPNP eligibility requirements and are affected by ongoing situation in Ukraine.

Eligibility Criteria for the current draw

The EOI have only considered provided an applicant:

  • is a Ukrainian Citizen
  • have a minimum of CLB 4 in each language band (English/French)
  • have established connection to Manitoba (close relative, family-like, community, previous employment or studies in Manitoba)
  • have an approved language test
  • score at least 60 points according to MPNP assessment criteria
