In this latest draw, 128 LAAs issued to candidates with a minimum score of 609 or higher. The MPNP opened this draw only for overseas candidates under its Skilled Worker Overseas streams.

Among the 128 candidates invited, 22 were selected from the Express Entry pool, specifically those holding valid job seeker validation codes.

Key points to remember

• Strategic Recruitment: Only candidates directly invited by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) under a strategic recruitment initiative were considered.
• Higher Score, No Letter of Advice: This may occur if:
  • You provided an approved third-party language test but:
    • Omitted the valid test number in your Expression of Interest (EOI).
    • Submitted a test that is no longer valid.
  • You claimed an Invitation to Apply but did not provide the correct invitation number.
  • Note: Help text within each EOI question provides detailed guidance.
• Regulated Occupations:
  • This draw prioritized candidates working in regulated occupations with full Manitoba licenses.
  • If you falsely claimed to meet these criteria, your application may be refused.
  • Consider declining your Letter of Advice to Apply if applicable.
