Latest OINP Draw- Ontario invites Express Entry candidates under HCP Stream

Ontario, Canada has conducted latest draw of Ontario- Express Entry- OINP- Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream on July 27, 2021. In this latest draw; Ontario has issued Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination to the Express Entry candidates having experience in some targeted NOC (National Occupational Classification) occupations.

It is the second draw for skilled workers this month opened by Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).

In the draw opened on 27th of this month, Ontario PNP has issued 1,031 Notifications of interests to certain targeted occupations under Express Entry -Human Capital Priorities stream with a CRS score range 458 and 467 points. This is relatively low compare to earlier OINP draws and usual Express entry draw results.

Who can apply?

You may apply to the HCP stream of Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), if you:

• received a NOI on July 27, 2021
• can show that your work experience was in one of the eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes mentioned in the list below

If you have received the NOI, you do not need to contact the OINP, as you will get the instructions accordingly. 

In this draw, Ontario has targeted applicants with a CRS score between 458-467 and work experience in the following NOC codes:

• NOC 0114 - Other administrative services managers
• NOC 0122 - Banking, credit and other investment managers
• NOC 0124 - Advertising, marketing and public relations managers
• NOC 0125 - Other business services managers
• NOC 0211 - Engineering managers
• NOC 0311 - Managers in health care
• NOC 0601 - Corporate sales managers
• NOC 0631 - Restaurant and food service managers
• NOC 0711 - Construction managers
• NOC 0731 - Managers in transportation
• NOC 0911 - Manufacturing managers
• NOC 1121 - Human resources professionals
• NOC 1122 - Professional occupations in business management consulting
• NOC 2161 - Mathematicians, statisticians and actuaries
• NOC 3012 - Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
• NOC 3211 - Medical laboratory technologists
• NOC 3231 - Opticians
• NOC 3233 - Licensed practical nurses
