Canada seeks the services of International students in the fight against Covid-19

At the time, when USA imposing restrictions on immigration in the country, Canada sees immigrants as the fighters to battle down the ongoing pandemic. While fighting the spread of the virus, the role of certain workers and industries has been challenging and under significant pressure. Hence, the government distinguishes that international students, who are already there in Canada can help battle against the pandemic.

For example, thousands of foreign students in Canada, who are studying in health- and emergency service-related programs, including several students, who are almost completely trained and ready to graduate.

This provisional rule change will give the health-care facilities an access to extra well-trained workers at a time when they are critically required.
