Enhanced Caregiver Pilot Programs

Key eligibility criteria:

• Minimum language proficiency (CLB 4)
• Equivalent of a Canadian high school diploma
• Recent relevant work experience
• Job offer for a full-time home care position

Rural Community Immigration Pilot

Building on the success of the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP), the new Rural Community Immigration Pilot will target smaller rural communities. This program will attract skilled workers who can fill labor shortages and contribute to the economic growth of these regions.

Francophone Community Immigration Pilot

Manitoba’s West Central Immigration Initiative Pilot
