This is the first invitation round occurred this month. Find below the details of the latest invitation round:

• Small Business Owners: The ACT has issued just 7 ITAs under this category for Skilled Nominated Visa Subclass 190 with a minimum matrix score of 85 points.
• 457 / 482 visa holders- Total 9 candidates received invitation in this round under this category for Subclass 190 and Subclass 491 visa.
• Critical Skill Occupations– the ACT has issued 235 ITAs under this category for both visa categories.

• Overseas Applicants (Critical Skill Occupations) – As usual, overseas candidates received maximum, i.e. 312 ITAs in this invitation round for both the state/territory nominated visas. Subclass 491 visa received most, i.e. 231 invitations out of the total ITAs received.

2022-2023 Allocation of ACT Nomination Places:

The ACT (Australian Capital Territory) has received an interim allocation for the 2022-2023 program year.

Skilled Nominated (subclass 190) visa: 2,025 places

Skilled Work Regional (subclass 491) visa: 2,025 places

Application Count as on 22 December 2022

Total approvals: 1,266 approvals

• 190 Nominations: 411 approvals
• 491 Nominations: 855 approvals
