Requisites of the Visa:-

Working Holiday Visa-If the applicant is applying for the first time under working 1st holiday scheme (Subclass 417) then he should:-

• Outside Australia at the time of visa application and grant.
• Not have previously entered Australia either on working holiday (subclass 417) or work and holiday visa (subclass 462).
• Be between 18-30 years of age at the time of application.
• Apply not more than 12 months prior to visit
• Not have any dependents to travel along.
• Comply and obey the health and character requirements.
• Have access to sufficient funds (equivalent to 5000 AUD) to support yourself initially
• Have sufficient health insurance cover for your tenure of stay.
• Obey Australian value statement

2nd working Holiday Visa-

If the applicant wants to apply for the working holiday visa for the second time while being on 1st should:-

• Be Outside Australia at the time of visa application and grant.
• Have completed at least three months of specified work in the designated regional areas.
• Be between 18-30 years of age at the time of application.
• Apply not more than 12 months prior to visit
• Not have any dependents to travel along.
• Comply and obey the health and character requirements.
• Have access to sufficient funds (equivalent to 5000 AUD) to support yourself initially
• Have sufficient health insurance cover for your tenure of stay.
• Obey Australian value statement

Privileges of the Visa:-

• Allows you to enter and stay in Australia for at least 12 months.
• Leave and re-enter Australia any number of times.
• Work for 6 months with each employer.
• Study for up to 4 months
