People can work in the following categories:-

Foreign crew of fishing vessels-This visa is to work as a crew member on either a New Zealand or chartered foreign fishing vessel fishing in New Zealand waters.
Interpreters from Japan-This visa is for the individuals who have the offer of employment from a New Zealand employer in the tourism industry. The visa is for the length of the employment and maximum up to three years .Also if you want to come back then you need to spend three years in Japan.
Thai Chef- This visa is for the individuals who have the offer of employment from a New Zealand employer as Thai chef and have Thailand National Skills Standard Thai Cooking Certificate 1 and five years of practical experience; or Thailand National Skills Standard Thai Cooking Certificate 2 and four years of practical experience or Thailand National Skills Standard Thai Cooking Certificate 3 and three years of practical experience.
Religious Worker- This visa is for the individuals who have the offer of employment from a New Zealand employer to teach or guide religious scripture or philosophy, lead religious practice, worship or prayer, conduct religious initiations, ordination or ritual, minister and pastoral care
