The fees have been updated for applications made outside the UK and for applications made within the UK. There has been a hike of 14 to 15 euros in the fees for the principal applicant and dependants, child student, and short term student categories.
For applications made outside the UK:

Once you get a student visa in the UK to study at a degree level and 18 years or above, you can stay for up to 5 years. While, if your course is below degree level, you can stay for up to 2 years in the UK.
