Australian state of South Australia has received an interim allocation of nomination places from the Department of Home Affairs (DHA), Australia for the program year 2022–23. The state will soon open SA Skilled & Business Migration programs.
This year South Australia will surge its nominations of offshore skilled migrants to speed up their entry to the SA labour market. Moreover, this year, the offshore applicants will be nominated based on occupations, SkillSelect EOI only, and not through ROI. Find out more.
South Australia interim allocation is as follows:

The General Skilled Migration (GSM) program will open to more than 500 occupations on 25 August 2022 to help address SA’s pressing skills shortages. Related details and requirements for South Australian nomination will be available on 25th only.
South Australia will raise its nominations of offshore skilled migrants to fast track their entry to SA labour market. To achieve this goal state will choose offshore applicants to apply for state nomination from submitted EOIs (Expressions of Interest) using the DHA SkillSelect database.
Offshore candidate will not require submitting a ROI (Registration of Interest) this program year. Rather, the SA will nominate offshore applicants from more than 470 occupations so please make certain that all the information in your SkillSelect EOI is correct /up to date and you have chosen South Australia as your first preferred State or Territory to move to in Australia.
