Saskatchewan's latest EOI Draw Invites candidates under OID and Express Entry subcategory

Popular Provincial nominee program of Canadian province Saskatchewan, i.e. SINP (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program) has opened it latest EOI (Expression of Interest) based draw on September 27, 2018. The draw is launched just after one week of it pervious EOI draw. This Expression of Interest based draw of SINP has invited the applicants under Occupation in Demand (OID) and Express Entry subcategory of Saskatchewan PNP. Find below the key statistics of the Saskatchewan PNP draw for OID and express entry subcategory opened on September 27, 2018:

Occupation in Demand Subcategory

  • Number of Invited EOI Candidates: SINP invited a total of 213 EOI candidates under Occupation in demand subcategory
  • Qualifying Marks: The minimum point score required in the draw was 66 points or more.
  • ECA: All invited candidates had ECA (Educational Credential Assessment)

Express Entry Subcategory

  • Number of Invited EOI Candidates: SINP invited a total of 225 EOI candidates under Express Entry subcategory
  • Qualifying Marks: The minimum point score required in the draw was 65 points or more.
  • ECA: All invited candidates had ECA (Educational Credential Assessment)

Once you have received the ITA (Invitation to Apply) under Occupation in Demand or Express Entry subcategory, you need to pay the application processing fee of $300 CAD, which is non-refundable. Saskatchewan PNP assess the submitted EOIs and accordingly invite the best ranked and suited profiles in the system.

Your submitted EOI in the SINP is just the pre- application process, based on which you get the invitation from the PNP. After receiving the invite, you need to submit the complete application to SINP along with the essential supporting documents which are enough to verify information that you provided in your EOI (Expression of Interest).

SINP EOI based draws

Saskatchewan PNP introduced the Expression of Interest (EOI) based system on July 16, 2018. This new system replaced the earlier 'first come, first served' system of accepting SINP applications. Now, the province of Saskatchewan first asks the applicants to submit their EOI profile for SINP, subsequently, it launch an EOI draw to invite the best ranking profiles to apply for provincial nomination. The selection is done based on key selection parameters in the interest of the province.

SINP launched its first EOI based draw on 21st August 2018. Since then, it's the 3rd Expression of Interest (EOI) based draw of Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program for its key streams, i.e. OID and express entry stream.
