Prince Edward Island issues 85 ITAs in latest PEI PNP draw held on 21 March 2024

On March 21, 2024, Canadian province Prince Edward Island opened a draw for its PNP, i.e. Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) to issue total 85 ITAs (Invitations to Apply) for provincial nomination. The province of PEI issued these ITAs to the following categories:

• Business Work Permit Entrepreneur
• Labour and Express Entry category

Prince Edward Island PNP Draw results in 2024

With this new PEI PNP draw, now, Prince Edward Island has invited total 445 immigration applicants this year in overall five PEI PNP draws held in in first quarter of 2024.

The PEI EOI system

The PEI EOI system collects vital details about individuals to prioritize and choose those who are best suited to fulfil Prince Edward Island's economic and labour market requirements. This selection is based on one or more of the following attributes:

• Language: English or French;
• Education: level and field of education and where completed;
• Skill and work experience level;
• Strategic priorities: attributes that would address immediate labour market needs in PEI;
• Other factors relevant to employment prospects: including but not limited to having a job offer in PEI and/or previous Canadian work experience.
