Ontario PNP opens second HCP stream draw in just two days- invites 815 IT professionals

Ontario opened the second targeted draw of the OINP- Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream in just two days. In the latest HCP stream draw held on March 10, 2023, Ontario issued 815 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to apply for provincial nomination targeting the IT occupations. In the 10 March draw, 815 IT professionals with CRS (Comprehensive Ranking System)  score range of 479-489 received the ITA (Invitation to Apply) for provincial nomination.

List of Invited occupations

The candidates received a NOI if they had a CRS score of 479-489 and work experience in one of the Targeted IT Occupations listed below:

• NOC 20012 - Computer and information systems managers
• NOC 21211 - Data Scientists
• NOC 21223 - Database analysts and data administrators
• NOC 21230 - Computer systems developers and
• NOC 21231 - Software engineers and designers
• NOC 21232 - Software developers and programmers
• NOC 21233 - Web designers
• NOC 21234 - Web developers and programmers
• NOC 21311 - Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers
