Ontario PNP issues first time invitations to Employer Job Offer- International Student stream

In its latest draw, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has issued invitations to apply to candidates registered under Employer Job Offer: International Student stream. The province has invited the applicants in the Expression of Interest system pool, who may qualify for the stream.

The candidates, who have received the invite on 18th May 2021, can apply to Employer Job Offer: International Student stream. In this latest invitation round, the Ontario, Canada has invited the targeted candidates with a score 77 and above.

 

Employer Job Offer: International Student stream

Ontario's Employer Job Offer: International Student stream an immigration stream under the OINP (Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program). This stream gives the opportunity to foreign students with a job offer in a skilled occupation to apply for nomination. The targeted occupations are the occupations with Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B of the National Occupational Classification (NOC). The nomination received through this OINP stream helps the applicants to permanently live and work in Ontario.

Eligibility Requirements

To confirm your eligibility to apply to this stream, you need to review the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream requirements. This stream is open to foreign students in and outside of Canada now operated under an EOI (Expression of Interest) system. To apply, you first need to register an EOI and get invitation to apply. However, make certain that you fulfil the mandatory requirements. This stream has a few key requirements including:

• job offer requirements - what your job offer must include
• applicant requirements - what you need to have before you apply
• employer requirements - what your employer needs to have before you apply

You should only register the EOI, if you and your employer fulfil these requirements when you register. The details given in your EOI will be used to decide if you are issued an ITA (Invitation to Apply).

• Create profile in the OINP e-Filing Portal
• register an EOI (expression of interest) for the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream
• If you are selected from the candidate pool and get an ITA to the Employer Job Offer: International Student stream, you may submit an application online through the OINP e-Filing Portal.
